I have been blessed as an athletic administrator to oversee the purchase of a wide variety of championship rings. I recently chose SMI Awards over a local and a national company that I had historically used. SMI produced two different sets of championship rings for our teams. I could not be more pleased with my experience with SMI for two reasons. First, the responsiveness of their sales and design team was within hours if not minutes of a communication. Second, they quickly sent updated artist renderings of the rings via pdf email attachment based upon conversations about what we wanted on the rings. The fact that my coaches and I could receive a response and a visual of the ring modifications was a big part of why we will use SMI again.

We contacted SMI Awards when we decided to recognize a major achievement in our company by providing wristwatches with a custom logo and lettering to every one of our 275 employees.  It was a major event in our company and we needed everything to be just right.  From the first phone call to the day the orders arrived, SMI couldn’t have provided a higher level of service.
