Gorgeous and rare Van Dell signed yellow & rose gold tined vintage floral Daisy brooch. The brooch featured two large rose gold roned flowers with raised center faux pearls. There are two toned leaves along the left side of the brooch with a long branch. The brooch is quite large and pretty.
The Van Dell Corporation was founded in 1939 in Providence, Rhode Island. Jewelry made by this company was more delicate than many costume pieces produced during the decades in which they were in business. They were made of gold-filled metal or sterling silver, and rhinestones were used sparsely in most of their designs. Natural elements such as ivory, shell, and semi-precious cabochon stones were used more frequently.
