White earth pony with lavender mane and tail (red streak in mane). Top hat with cloud of smoke (reveals rabbit/dove when heated)
Magic Hat, quite unoriginally, was something of a ponyland magician when she appeared in the My Little Pony comic.One comic adventure saw her helping the way-too-often-used Baby Lucky to protect the Princess Ponies' jewel casket, during which she used various special magical abilities relating to her symbols.
Symbols are poor. Don't know much about restoration but I hope someone can. Sold as is.
