There are a few knots around the back on the loops, but this necklace is NOT damaged! It’s very wearable and it just needs someone who is patient to get the knots out. I’m not that person. I have worn this necklace in precisely this condition for several years. It never bothered me. The knots are around the loops that you clasp it on or off. I’m not sure how this happens & is the story of my life!
