This an original vintage movie insert for the 1951 musical fantasy comedy animation classic “Walt Disney’s Alice in Wonderland” produced by Disney & released by RKO Radio Pictures. The film, based on the 1865 Lewis Carroll novel, follows a young girl named Alice who falls down a rabbit hole and enters a nonsensical world, Wonderland, which is ruled by the Queen of Hearts, while encountering strange creatures, including the Mad Hatter & the Cheshire Cat.It regarded as one of Disney's best animated films today.
This 1951 film poster insert (14” x 36”) for the Walt Disney classic “Alice in Wonderland” was in good to very good condition prior to restoration. Restoration was performed on poster pinholes, fold lines & a mark in the blue background at the upper right of the poster. The lower background was airbrushed to address creases & fold wear.
