Condition: Good vintage condition. Exterior shows general shelf wear, minor scuffing and spots on the front and back covers. Spine and corners are worn, and the back cover has some discoloration and edge wear, as pictured. Interior pages have some yellowing consistent with age.
This edition is illustrated with scenes from the photoplay, a Rex Ingram-Metro production featuring Alice Terry, Ramon Novarro, and Lewis Stone. One photoplay plate is shown at the front of the book. Title page states "Illustrated with scenes from the photoplay" and lists principal actors.
First published May 1921, this is the fourteenth impression dated March 1923, as indicated in publishing details. Page with quote in French from Michelet present at the front.
