You will receive two packages of vintage 1990s Count of (6) Barbie (TM) Party Hats made by Reed Paper for a total of 12 party hats.
These are so fun, straight from the 90s! Perfect for a vintage Barbie birthday party.
-Deadstock & new in package.
-Approximately 6" tall
-The straps are thin rubber attached with a single staple, I have tested them and the straps on the bottom hats are not dried out or crunchy. If any of the remaining hats happen to be dried out, it would be easy to replace the strap by attaching with a new staple.
-Each set of 6 is wrapped in plastic but the bottom part of the plastic is open (it was factory made like this). There is minimal dust/dirt that has gotten into the package while they were stored.
-Some of the packages have some flattening and may need to be reshaped before worn. Will ship Priority in a box.
