It does not give a qty of screws so I cannot guarantee these are complete but it has all pieces to put together.
** While taking apart after verifying pieces, one of the snaps/clips that attach fabrics seat to frame broke off. Please see pics 5 and 6. I have written the manufacturer to get replacements but not heard back. This can still be used as there are 2 other clips on same side. If you do not plan on putting together and take apart regularly, this clip can be glued if need be **
