Vintage Brass Chamberstick Candle Holder With Finger Hold Unsigned 7"

Chamber stick candle holders for commonly used before the inset of electricity. They were used to light the carriers way from room to room in the evenings. The large base is designed to catch candle drippings easily. The round handle is designed for a forefinger to go through it and a thumb rest on top to steady the holder.

This is in very good condition. There are some stains or patina in the rounded base as shown. This has been cleaned but there is still plenty of patina. This does not include the candle.
