Lisa Frank eskimo pencil pouch/small makeup bag. Could even be used as a small purse clutch or just to keep your money in,the possibilities are endless. Back of heart is a little faded, inside has what looks to be few black specks/flecks in paint. Has one spot on inside that is not noticeable unless you're looking very hard for it. See pictures, what you see is what you get. Spot on inside could be touched up with white craft paint if you wanted but if you ask me it's perfect as is. Listing as used because of the flaws, I bought it brand new with the intentions to use it but I never did, I just stored it instead lol. Any questions please ask.
