NWT Allegra K blue White Textured Slvless Sidezip Dress Pleated Skirt Sz XL

bought for me but way too big all over. pretty scoop neck with decorative buttons in the center panel and shaped bodice. A line skirt that has inverted pleats and it is knee length. the fabric is polyester but the feel is not cheap looking. blues whites with a touch of silver sparkle, I hoped to wear this numerous ways with a blouse underneath as a jumper, with a pretty jacket or cardigan and maybe with a pullover sweater over it with boots. just too big. I wear a 12 and I see this dress as more of a 14-16. natural stretch to the fabric. bust across is 22" with a bodice length of 15" from shoulder to waist. The waist measures 19" across and the length of the skirt is 21". the overall length is 36" from shoulder to hem
