Batteries inside the toothbrush were included but never opened and or replaced. So they may be corroded, fair warning in advance, I do not see any leakage from the bottom of the package though, so you may be good. No returns even if this is the case you inherit this item even if that is the case, and if you open it, it is no longer new and yours. This is the case as this is a collectors piece of Shrek merchandise. I do not offer returns unless item is not as described, photos can show how the item is new, and untampered.
