Sunnecko Hammered 73 Layer VG-10 Damascus Steel 8” Chef Knife GORGEOUS & SHARP

Up for sale is my chef’s knife. I babied this thing, as I have loved it every day since I received it from Japan. The Jade stone handle, the razor sharp blade, from tip to the end is a beautiful work of art. Japanese VG-10 hammered Damascus steel, retains its edge and hardness, comes razor sharp. You can feel the quality as soon as you hold it, it has a very nice balanced weight. The only condition issue is a couple water spots. You must be very careful to fully dry this knife before storing, VG-10 (while amazing steel for knives) does oxidize quickly if stored still wet. This knife has never been run through a dishwasher, and I recommend keeping it that way. I have long retired from commercial kitchens, so I don’t really need this laying around. Will come with original storage box and microfiber cloth. Just take another look at that handle, then the blade. I know you want this knife. Get it for a great price!
