Installation instructions:
1. Clean unit from dirt. Do not wet.
2. The top of the body is made up of a plastic base and a rubber layer with button. Carefully cut off the rubber layer with a knife or blade.
3. Remove the old rubber layer of the button with a plastic tool.
4. Clean the surface with ethyl alcohol.
5. You can use a primer for better adhesion. For example, LOCTITE SF 770.
6. Apply adhesive to the entire prepared surface for better adhesion and waterproofing. For example, LOCTITE 454.
7. Carefully install the button and press it down so that the rubber adheres well to the plastic base. Wait 24 hours for better adhesion and curing.
8. Done! Great job! Now your Garmin unit is up and running and waterproof!
