1960's French Vintage Porter Roller Toy Bike By Nordy

This is a french vintage childs porter or roller bike made in the early 1960's by the manufacturer Nordy. The entire metal frame was yellow and the orange handle bar grips are made of rubber. The tire rims are plastic and the tires are rubber. The long 13.5 inch seat is all wood and was red in color. As shown in pictures the bottom side of the seat still has the original red still on it but most of the red has faded from the top half. This bike was in a yard sale in our small town and I was told its had been in the barn for years. I did not want to paint or restore anything to it so it would stay in its original state. It could be retored very easily if desired with a little paint and tires, but the bike still rolls with no problems. It is a very sturdy bike made very well. This porter/roller/bike measures 19 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 12 inches in hieght. It weighs about 6 pounds.
