Native American, Likely Plains Indians, Tobacco Pouch estimated from the Early 20th Century. 13" Buckskin Fringe with Beaded Red Snake and Tin Cones. Old Native American tobacco bag, bought in Franklin, NC in 2006 with different shades of green, black and white seed beads in a checkerboard pattern featuring a red snake.

This item comes from my family's personal collection. My in-laws were lifelong dealers/collectors of Native American artifacts. Most recently, they owned & operated an antique store in Goldsboro, NC called Towns Antiques. They purchased many of their items from collectors/dealers and auctions in the Northeast (Western PA and NY), Utah, and Nevada
