This is a Very Cool, New Old Stock Franklin Mint Collector's Society Personal Seal Set.
This is from 1975, this was a special gift for members only.
I haven't seen many of these for sale. The plastic back is separating as seen in the photos. But this is still brand new and unused condition and has the original booklet.
