Appears to have dried ink the the reservoir (plunger mechanism feels stiff). Has not been cleaned. Dried ink on and around nib. Otherwise it has very little cosmetic wear. Needs some work. I believe it is the Classique line. Comes with a leather case (case has a tobacco smoke smell to it). Measure about 5.5" long with cap on.
