This cheese slicer is designed for semi-soft block cheeses and creates consistent slices for various uses, such as burgers, paninis, sandwiches, and cheese platters. It features a blunt stainless steel blade, making it a kid-friendly kitchen gadget that helps protect fingers during use. To operate, the blade is placed on top of a block of cheese with the rolling guide bar facing outwards, and pressure is applied to create a slice. The thickness of the slice can be adjusted by twisting a dial located near the blade. The slicer is also top-rack dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
