Geisha Girl Music Box
Geisha Girl on a musical circular base. The base is decorated, white on white, with a traditional oriental pattern. She wears a white kimono with red flowers/floral design and trimmed in gold. Her hair decoration is also gold. She plays a Japanese drum ornament as a Bonsai plant sits in front of her.
It plays music, but does not rotate. Due to the music box handle on the bottom, it does not sit completely flat. When sitting on a flat surface, it sits perfectly still, it is just not completely flat. This can possibly be fixed by adjusting the handle, but I did not want to attempt it and break it. This uneven bottom is very sight but something that I must point out.
Other than the two observations listed above, it is in excellent preowned condition. There are not any cracks, chips or crazing. The artwork is intact without any chips or fading. The delicate fingers are also intact.
Measures 6” high (including base) and 4.25” in diameter. Weight is 14 oz.
