boxed, excellent condition, operation/instruction sheet included. It does NOT have a clock function.
This is in excellent condition. I had to choose GOOD for condition because it has been used(turned on) a few times and had to replace batteries 1 time, simply because batteries went dead after not being turned on for a long time. No damage. It works perfectly with batteries as well as with a DC 4.5 jack.
