Does not come with candles. These measure approx. 13.5 inches tall. All crystals are present, and will be removed and cleaned before shipping. They are real crystal as they make little rainbows in sunlight. (See pics) There is a little bit of slight tarnishing which will be cleaned up prior to shipping. The ONLY bad on these is that some of the crystal connectors are discolored, plating gone or something. To me, it looks like some of the plating has corroded. You could probably paint them and nobody would ever notice. Shiny mirror silver nail polish would probably look really great! I bought these second-hand for my son's wedding reception and didn't inspect them first. Did anybody notice? Nope!
