Fair Used Condition In Original Packaging. The sound, gears, gate and wheel of death are NOT working. The guillotine does go up and down. The right guard has become unglued from the base, but is included. The window bars on the right side have become unglued from window, again this piece is included and should be easy to glue back in place. The window on the left side is missing a bar, that is included to glue back in place. NO ADAPTOR INCLUDED. Packaging is in worn condition.
