The plot: After years of sharing a body with the mortal Jake Olson, Thor discovers that his half-brother Loki was behind the arrangement. Loki secretly brought the real Jake Olson back from the dead and has been controlling him, making him commit crimes.
The climax: The two "Jakes"—one inhabited by Thor and the other a pawn of Loki—confront each other in a mortal showdown.
The resolution: Odin intervenes, trapping Loki permanently within the real Jake Olson's body and stripping him of his powers. Loki is then sent to jail to face justice for the real Jake's crimes, while Thor is finally freed from the "Jake Olson" persona. Odin also sends the soul of the original, deceased Jake Olson to a peaceful afterlife.
