Raincoat
Double breasted cerulean-blue raincoat. Capelike flaps with rounded corners at front shoulders. Six functional cerulean buttons. Belt details around waist and sleeves with chartreuse plastic nonfunctional buckles (waist belt ties to fasten, wrist straps are fixed in place). Above knee length.

Chartreuse rain boots with cerulean trim around upper and lower edges.
Hat
Cerulean bucket-style rain hat. Brim is worn turned down. Chartreuse grosgrain ribbon around crown.
