This is a handmade original from Babyland general hospital in Cleveland GA. It is hand signed/ autographed by Xavier Roberts the creator, artist. A black baby boy and so cute for collectors or anyone that loves cabbage patch dolls :)
The clothes are a bit worn, very clean, and the doll is in great condition, only the clothes a bit worn.
