Adorable child's straw boater hat, most likely early 1900s timeframe.
This little gem is in perfect condition, the straw is completely intact; there are no holes or frayed edges. The weave is very fine and tight. The ribbon does show fading, and we believe it to have originally been navy; currently it has a light purple hue to it.
Measures approximately 6.5 inches inside from front to back, and 5.5 across from ear to ear. The outside brim measures approximately 9.5 inches from front to back, and about 8 3/4 from ear to ear.
