This doll is still new in the package! No cracks in plastic and no ripped cardboard. The top does have a spot where tape was removed and there is also a spot of some tape left. No odors, no moisture stains. Does have some shelf wear surface scratches on the plastic and cardboard corners minor shelf wear as well.
