ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK FORMATS

We prefer vector format files (.cdr, .ai, .eps or .pdf) but we’ll also accept a variety of other file formats including .jpg, .tiff, .bmp, .pdf, .gif, .doc. If you are unable to email a digital file, please mail a hard copy of your artwork to our address below or fax to 781-806-5798. Digital files may be emailed to info@smiAwards.com, uploaded via our E-Sample or Order forms (see individual watch product pages) or mailed to our address below on disk.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

We specialize in custom watches & awards, and all of the products shown on our website are available with YOUR logo. Simply send us your logo or design ideas for a friendly consultation.

DELIVERY TIME

WATCHES: Approximately 4-5 weeks, depending on time of year. Rush service available – see “Rush Service” (below) for more info.

RINGS: Approximately 8-12 weeks.

PLAQUES: Shipped within 10 business days after artwork approval.

GIFTS & AWARDS: Shipping times vary but most items ship within 7-14 business days after artwork approval.

Be sure to order early for holiday and banquet delivery. Contact us with any specific delivery needs. See “Rush Service” (next column) for quick delivery info.

PAYMENT

We accept checks, money orders and most major credit cards. Your account representative will provide options at time of order.

RUSH SERVICE

Rush service is available on most items for a $50.00 rush fee. Express shipping charges may apply. Please contact us for more info.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

When your watch or plaque order arrives, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will redo your order or refund your money.

SET-UP FEE

Please see individual product pages for any applicable set-up fee, which is typically outlined under the quantity price box.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping cost. All orders ship via UPS unless otherwise requested.

MEN’S & WOMEN’S WATCH SIZES
